My dual cultural competency, holistic approach and professional training have provided me with the opportunity to serve the community from diverse ethnic, linguistic, and cultural backgrounds.

With a master's from Purdue, USA and Bangalore, India, accompanied with Gottman Level 3 training, I am passionate about working with couples and families to help them build certainty, loving and resilient relationships. I believe that unconditional positive regard, empathy, and mutual support create a safe and nurturing environment as we navigate the human experience together.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, practicing Yoga and meditation for both physical and mental fitness, and pursuing self-development through traveling, reading and listening to podcasts.
