Clinical Staff

Dr. Jason Cook - PsyD, HSPP

Dr. Jason Cook is a licensed clinical Health Service Provider in Psychology in the state of Indiana with 21 years of experience. He has been practicing as a clinical psychologist at Cook Behavioral Health for 17 years and has also worked at a local community mental health center. Dr. Cook specializes in behavioral and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approaches and has extensive experience with individuals dealing with complex trauma, personality disorders, and chronic mental health conditions. He is also involved in supervising doctoral and postdoctoral interns and has participated in research projects with the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH).

Adrianne Wright - MA, LMHC

Adrianne Wright is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling, specializing in Forensic Psychology. She has over 6 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Adrianne is trained in EMDR, DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and motivational interviewing, integrating these approaches to help clients with various mental health concerns.

Naomi Rainwater - MS, LMFT

Naomi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the helping field since 2009 and as a therapist since 2017.

She specializes in treating Complex PTSD with a focus on attachment, dissociation, self-injurious behaviors, and suicide ideation. Naomi is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  She is also trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT-PE, and Motivational Interviewing.  Naomi uses a non-judgmental, trauma informed approach and enjoys working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and couples.  

Cara Passmore - MSW, LCSW

Cara Passmore is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
With 5 years of experience, Cara specializes in treating complex PTSD, attachment issues, and grief/loss.
She is trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sand Play Therapy, Family Centered Treatment, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Yasmin Alkhattaf - MSW, LCSW

Yasmin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree focused on mental health and addiction. She has experience working in the mental health field for over five years including residential psychiatric treatment and community mental health outpatient settings. Yasmin specializes in trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, women's issues, social/cultural issues, perinatal mental health, and LGBTQIA+ issues. She offers a person-centered approach to therapy and often utilizes a range of therapies including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Multicultural Therapy. Yasmin currently provides individual therapy to adults. Yasmin believes that everyone should have the opportunity to be themselves without fear of judgment, shame, or criticism. Her goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space that allows people the opportunity to be open and honest about their thoughts, feelings, and circumstances. 

Rylie Cook- MSW, LCSW

Rylie Cook is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree specializing in mental health and addictions from Indiana University, Bloomington. She has 3 years of counseling experience, including high-risk youth residential treatment, and 9 years in the helping field. Rylie is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills, Motivational Interviewing, Critical Incident Desensitization, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy. She takes a relational, intersectional, and collaborative approach with treating clients.
Rylie enjoys working with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, underserved populations and is open to all gender/racial/sexual identities and ages.

Tova Wiegand - MA, LMHC

Tova Wiegand is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has been practicing for 3 years and has worked in the community in higher education, providing career and academic counseling for over 20 years. Tova has experience working in community mental health, acute care inpatient settings, and private practice. Tova has experience in diagnostic assessment for children and adults experiencing a wide variety of symptoms and disorders; she sees clients aged 3 and up. Tova sees clients for a wide variety of disorders, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. She will work collaboratively with doctors and other providers upon request. Tova has experience with play therapy interventions and is seeking additional training and registration in this field of practice. Tova uses CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic (Adlerian) Therapy and Play Therapy interventions based on a client’s unique needs. Tova enjoys working collaboratively with clients to develop the best course of treatment and therapy.

Megan Ayres - MA, LMHCA

Megan Ayres is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with 10 years of experience. She holds two master's degrees, one in Clinical Psychology and a second in Mental Health Counseling.
Megan is trained in TF-CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

She enjoys working with individuals, families, and adolescents addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships issues, addictions, grief, life stressors, and trauma. Megan uses a collaborative approach that focuses on meeting the client where they are and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Samantha Singhi, M.S. Ed, LMHCA

An immigrant background as an Indian-American and a unique set of perspectives, I am dedicated to creating an environment where every person feels safe, understood and validated, while striving to help individuals overcome challenges, adapt to new environments, and lead fulfilling lives. My dual cultural competency, holistic approach and professional training have provided me with the opportunity to serve the community from diverse ethnic, linguistic, and cultural backgrounds.

With a master's from Purdue, USA and Bangalore, India, accompanied with Gottman Level 3 training, I am passionate about working with couples and families to help them build certainty, loving and resilient relationships. I believe that unconditional positive regard, empathy, and mutual support create a safe and nurturing environment as we navigate the human experience together.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, practicing Yoga and meditation for both physical and mental fitness, and pursuing self-development through traveling, reading and listening to podcasts.

Dwila Lewis - MSW, LSW

Dwila Lewis is a Licensed Social Worker with a master's degree in social work from Ohio State University. Dwila has 2 years of experience, however, has a unique perspective as she previously worked with the Department of Child Services for 15 years. She is well-versed in adult and childhood trauma. 
Dwila provides various therapeutic approaches, guidance, and support to help change negative thought patterns, work on specific goals, and find practical solutions. Dwila can also address issues specific to younger individuals and help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships within families and between partners.

Jennifer Wiegmann - MS, MA, LMHCA

Jennifer Wiegmann is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.  She has 15 years of experience in helping people in the community and two years in mental health.  She has a master's degree in forensic psychology and a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling psychology.  She has experience working in community mental health, inpatient mental health hospital setting, and private practice settings.  Jennifer uses cognitive behavior therapy techniques to help individuals with various mental health concerns including PTSD, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma.  She works with a wide range of ages 5 to 100 years.  She has experience working with veterans and first responders as well.  She is working towards earning additional certifications for unique services to offer to our clients.
