Aleigha is a therapist with five years of supervised clinical experience working with adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and family systems. She has worked with diverse clients facing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, substance use, life transitions, emotion regulation, and self-esteem. Her approach is grounded in a Person-Centered framework, and is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and discover their capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Aleigha has training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allows her to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs. Her goal is to provide a collaborative therapeutic space where every person feels supported and empowered throughout the process."
