Prepare for Parenthood, Together

You're preparing the nursery and reading parenting books, but are you preparing your relationship
for the arrival of your new baby?

Research shows that the transition to parenthood is an incredibly stressful time for couples.
Our Bringing Baby Home program is a research-based, 6-week workshop. Dr. John and Dr. Julie Gottman created it to help you and your partner strengthen your friendship, communicate effectively, and co-parent with confidence.  It's a proactive way to build a foundation of emotional connection that will support and prepare your family for your future.

Why This Program Matters

The first few years of a child's life are a critical time of adjustment for parents. Research shows that within three years after birth, about two-thirds of couples experience a significant drop in relationship quality and a sharp increase in conflict. This discord has a profound effect on your well-being and your child's development.

We're here to help you manage this transition with confidence.
Our Bringing Baby Home program is designed to reinforce the most important relationship in your new family: the one between you and your partner. It provides a supportive, educational space to learn practical skills that protect your relationship and create a nurturing environment for your baby.
